A number of excellent opportunities have arisen for Solicitors with upwards of 2 years' specialist Corporate post qualified experience, within this well regarded regional practice.
These roles offer the opportunity to become involved in a broad range of corporate transactional work including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, MBls and MBOs, private equity transactions, banking and finance, AIM/Ofex flotations, corporate restructuring and re-organisation on behalf of a broad ranging client base.
Applications are sought from candidates with good academics, who have trained with a strong regional or City practice. The successful applicants will benefit from working with a number of well respected Partners in this field, assisting on good quality caseloads, with lots of scope for career progression.
These roles are based in various locations including Birmingham, Nottingham and Manchester.
