Job Description
A rare opportunity has arisen for a candidate to join a newly formed team who provide proactive and professional administrative and compliance services to a leading international law firm, based at their Birmingham City Centre office.

Your remit will be to process new clients and new matters for existing clients across this firm’s UK and international offices. This will include processing information on a sophisticated IT system, undertaking money laundering checks, carrying out conflict and business intelligence searches, providing information to employees promptly and efficiently.

The successful applicant will be a team player with excellent administrative, IT, communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a consistent manner providing the highest level of customer services at all times.

The ideal candidate is likely to be a paralegal or experienced graduate with previous experience in a similar capacity gained from a professional services or legal environment.

Whilst this opportunity will initially be offered on a 3 month fixed term contract basis, there is a strong possibility that the role will become permanent.
