What we need from you...

In order to comply with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and supporting Regulations we are required to obtain the following documents from candidates registered with us:

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK in the form of a certified copy of your passport
  • Copies of any relevant certificates detailing your qualifications
  • Copy Practising Certificate where appropriate
  • A completed registration form

Unlike many other recruitment consultancies, Time Legal Recruitment will always seek your permission prior to disclosing your CV to any organisation. Having provided your consent, your CV will then be forwarded on a confidential basis to the firm you have expressed an interest in. It is important that you keep a note of where your CV has been sent to avoid any duplication between consultancies.
